If you've got the memory, you can make HD videos with SVD, using larger images.

This example is 1408 × 768 (bigger than 720p) straight out of SVD – no upscaling (but I did add interpolation).

Set the number of frames to decode at a time to 1 (decoding_t) to avoid OOM
