Some of you’ve mentioned Unlimited Paid Time Off(UPTO) is regressive as people end up taking fewer leaves. Partly true. This happens if overwork & not taking leaves is considered a virtue. But combined with culture & attitudinal shift, UPTO has proven effective in many companies.
