1/2 Humanless Cruise on Gough St (major feeder for 101 South in SF) this morning, blocking 1 of 3 lanes, another blocked by construction, leaving 1 open, hazard lights flashing, dead stop. Made 100s (that I saw) morning commuters have to funnel to one lane. Thank you @Cruise
