I doubt it will run any well on an M1 MacMini. My AI says: “The pick: Phi-4 Mini 3.8B on CPU. It's the best reasoning model for its size and runs at 3-6 tok/s on a CPU — slow but usable for non-interactive tasks. For anything interactive, you'll want at least a Mac Mini M4”
