Interestingly for everything-is-on-a-public-blockchain it turns out to be very difficult to get trustworthy numbers for e.g. stablecoin payments volume, in a way it is not difficult to get trustworthy numbers for other sorts of payment volume. Per Haseeb, Binance *might* know.
