Hack for unlimited ad creatives: Step 1: Sign up for an ad template vault (e.g. worldsbestads.com or litehousecreative.com etc, there are 100s of others). Step 2: Download templates. Step 3: Hit up ChatGPT with "create a similar ad for [your product]". Boom. Done. (tweak the prompt to nail your brand, etc.)
