Nonsense. Echo is just syndicates, aka a popup VC / angel fund. I know, I co-invented the model at AngelList in 2013. Conflating the two is either ignorance or propaganda to trick people into thinking they’re doing a crowdsale when they’re selling to angels/ VCs and LPs.
