In PDEbench initial conditions are explicitly provided which is great for reproducibility @Mniepert but PDEarena has a scalar for forcing and doesn’t specify how initial conditions are generated. Opaque. @jo_brandstetter @rejuvyesh Good to fix this @eigensteve @ShuiwangJi
