Depends on how much you are willing to get your hands dirty haha and how fast inference you want. 1. TortoiseTTS has very dope performance.
2. PortaSpeech is really nice too (check out NATSpeech) For APIs, @elevenlabs @rimelabs @play_ht are very cool!
